You did not answer about the symbol.

Can you paste output of "orpheu config"? The issue is Orpheu doesn't find the symbol, since the updated file contains both old and new symbols, this is can be only file has not been updated on your server.
You can confirm it with the above command, it will show the file parsed and where it fails.
