i dont know how to use the Cvars i try the command but nothing happens

Parachute is bugged, sometimes someone fall down to fast and killing himself.

i saw you right some commends there of these (sm_parachute_model "1" - 0: dont use the model - 1: display the Model) but i try to rught this in the console and this is dossent work to me plz answer me fast as you can thanks
