Hello guys, like a tittle im having issue with sourcetv

So today i have enabled sourcetv on my windows server for recording demo. After i do tv_enable 1,
Maxplayers increase to 33 (Server maxplayers was 32). So to make sourcetv work, i have to change map. After map change, the issue happened. Server maxplayers set back to 32, SourceTV not show up in Server browser. So i went check "maxplayers" and "status", "maxplayers" still show 33 and "status" show max 33 and 1 bot (sourcetv)

I have tried disabled all plugins (sourcemod,metamod) in my server but it still happens, "maxplayers" back to normal after map change and "sourcetv" not showing up. Then i moved to linux and open through LinuxGSM but still the same issue.

So i want to know is there any way to fix for this issue?
