This plugin is base upon:
AssKicR's Transistor Radio

[Description]
admins can set up lightpost (to lightin the map if its too dark) almost anywhere in the map!

[Admin Commands]
amx_set_biglamp - creates a big lamp
amx_set_smalllamp - creates a small lamp
amx_delete_biglamps - deletes all big lamps
amx_delete_smalllamps - deletes all small lamps

[Current Version]
V 1.0 - release

the lamp is light whole map or just light a certain spot? and do we have to move to a spot to place it? __________________

Trashed by request of author. __________________ What am I doing these days? Well, I run my own Rust server. It's heavily modded. If you'd like to join, the ip is 167.114.101.67:28116 I also created a website called Rust Tools. It will calculate and tell you the raw amounts of resources needed to craft items.
