Yep, I've got the cron's set up like you've listed 'em.

hlstats-awards.pl is set up to be run daily in etc/cron.daily

run_hlstats is set up to be run hourly in etc/cron.hourly

Both files are CHMOD'd to 755

Yet the awards are never given out.

EDIT: Since moving the scripts to opt/scripts, two players have joined and somehow they have country flags on HLStats....so maybe GeoIP started working properly?
EDIT 2: Yep, it's detecting player locations properly, and it's now even showing average ping and other things. I'm surprised.

Even if there are players on server it keeps showing me no data since 120 seconds.
I have put in my server.cfg:
