Hello,
I want to change default grab effect (this one) to different one (this one), I'm sure that they use HGR too. Can somebody tell me how to do that please?

And also I want to open that menu, that they are using.. They just grab someone and the menu shows up - It can show custom HUD, kill the player, move him to other team (T or CT) and ban him (just opens sourcebans++ menu). Can also somebody help me with that?
