Default admin group? Needed for custom chatcolors.

How do I set an admin flag that any player has when they join, save a few that are on time-out? I want to be able to use this for the custom chatcolors mod as well as other things.

Did a ton of digging and still got nowhere.

This is what I had set, but it would seem that it does nothing.

There is no support for this in SM's default admin plugins, you'll need a 3rd party / custom plugin.
