mp_friendlyfire 0 doesn't work in a map.cfg file (fy_iceworld.cfg).

Should i put this :

atac off
mp_friendlyfire 0

??

1st off contrats for being the 1st to release an unoffical punishment

Now to your question:
There is a mod.cfg which contains mp_friendlyfire 1, this is executed in plugin_init(). Longs you get something executing after this timeframe would be best to use server_cmd("atac off"). This way ATAC will unload it's event/forward hooks.

Just thinking about it can't you use mapconfig or w/e it's called and declare:
atac off

try doing

amx_pausecfg pause atac.amxx
mp_friendlyfire 0

That would do what you would want.
http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=6516 - Custom Cfg Tutorial I made ages ago (still applies, till 1.8 comes out, then it will have to be adjusted some what.)

atac.amxx would of course reload apon map change. If not be sure to have amx_pausecfg unpause atac.amxx in your amxx.cfg or server.cfg to ensure it reloads, but that shouldnt be needed.

I'm using noattack_within Feature of ATAC3.0
Code:
// Set no Team Attack timelimit in seconds from beginning of spawn (0=OFF)
atac_noattack_within 3
It happens quite often, that Players can shoot at their Teammates during the first 3 Seconds and do not get slayed.

Hmm is this happening when you restart a round?

Need to know the following settings as well:
atac_admins_immune ?
atac_health_restore ?
atac_mirror_damage ?

I also use Automatic Restart
But this also happens during later Rounds - not only after the first Restart after 40 Seconds.

Disable mirror damage and see if it still does it.

Previous atac plugin (2.5.5.5) displayed a nice hud message when someone did TK and was punished for that.. I can't see anything similiar for this version.. only way to know how much you did is to say

My ATAC 3.0 shows punishment menu twice.. one to choose punishment and another one to choose Ban, Count to TK..
