Hello, I just set up a fastDL to my server.
I added the downloadurl lines to the server.cfg and sourcemod.cfg, but I still get a "size exceeds net_maxfilesize limit" error. I CAN put it to 64, but I want it to allow users to download bigger maps so 64 MB isn't enough.
I understood that if you use a FastDL that error shouldn't happen...
What can I do?
Also, how can I check if my FastDL is working?

150mb, not 64mb.

OP, sounds like downloading from your fastdl is failing, and clients are attempting to download from the server itself. Look at your console when connecting and attempting to download files.

Did steam remove the maxfilesize for both cl and server?
