I put this plugins today on my cs 1.6 server but it dosent work and i dont know why , the music isnt playing and on motd.txt is white , i have created the folder "cstrike_addon" at the /programfiles/CounterStrike/ but isnt working yet !?

The plugin wont work at all. Its just the white and i have done both things for as you said in your post.

A plugin will never get approved when it doesn't work. Either you installed anything wrong, or either this plugin is outdated due to cs & amxx updates.

And just for the record it doesn't work on non-steam I believe so if you are running a non steam server or if your client is non steam it won't work.
