You could combine this snowfall plugin with your Advanced Map Light Style Config and add some options maybe for the admin menu

It's because this creates an entity which can be outside the map, it's a know issue which you should use-at-your-own-risk. This causes leaks and issues to clients such as FPS drops.

For fix it, I am trying to make snowfall zones using my devzones plugin but dont work... I will continue testing
