Changes the decoy grenade into a decoy chicken

Description:

After the decoy grenade starts it'll be replaced by a decoy chicken.
All zombies within the vicinity of the chicken will be teleported to the chicken.
Zombies must then kill the chicken in order to leave the vicinity!!

Please use entityrefs/userIDs/serials in delayed callbacks.
