ISP stands for 'Internet Service Provider', they are the company you have internet access through.

So can anybody help ME?? i still can't join my own server even if i portforward. Atom... lets say it's the ISP problem. So does that mean that the internet provider (comcast) won't let me join my own cs server???

I would bet it's not the ISP blocking it. It's something else. Mine worked fine after I got my ports forwarded and that's all I've ever had to do.

I personally have Comcast as my ISP as well, however I do not have issues with them blocking ports where I live. But, depending on your location they could be blocking ports due to traffic issues with other customers and such.

Does your system have any other software running such as Firewalls or Anti-Virus software? These could be blocking the server from accessing the web and allowing incoming connections on the specific ports.

no... no antivirus thing but i think it's the way i portforward. when i go to the application and games, there is (single portforwarding, port range forwarding, port triggering, UPnP, and DMZ. Do i just do the SINGLE PORTFORWARDING?
