Issue running MySQL install.sql

Running the latest version of HLXCE (1.6.19) I am getting this error when I try to run the install.sql file. Anybody know how to solve it?

I had followed the instructions to the letter etc but that appears every time and its stopping me from using the plugin :/

Ok for anybody else that is getting this problem, its a compatibility issue. I solved it by installing the install.sql using PHPmyadmin and importing the database in compatibility mode for mysql40.
