MetaMod doesn't work

Hello, I have the latest MM:S but it doesn't work!

Help pls

This is bug 4876, it should be fixed soon in snapshots.

Ok, thanks. But when is "soon"? I need it for Sourcemod because of ban/kick/change map/voteban/plugins etc

Try one of the following snapshots that should have appeared yesterday morning (depending on your timezone)

With the newest it works, thanks. But Sourcemod doesn't load.

i am having a problem with my metamod and sourcemod it says this when i hit console and i scroll down half way and this is what i see
