Hello I`ve got Windows and I bought a server of insternet hosted doing the mods, tried installing mods such as Source Mod, Meta Mod for 2 days now following all instructions all tutorials on youtube but still doesnt work when I type meta version in console its said "meta not recognised" when I type in chat !admin no responce when I did all ID the way it suppose to be Really Dont Know What To Do Now (( Using FileZilla by the way.

The mods I want to install are = HS mod, Source Mod, Metamod = all of this dont work although Zblock which i installed works perfect :/

Never mind i found the solution it was the new css update now it works fine
