[CS:GO] sv dennying commands

I've got a cs go server, and i set it to 128 tickrate, i change cvars in server.cfg, gamemode_casual.cfg and gamemode_casual_server.cfg... BUT when i go in-game, i've got 64 tickrate and the commands i've set don't change

ty, but what about the cvars ? i can't really change them, and the plugin cvars also.

On the first you must add this line and check it. Maybe after this step you You'll able to change cvars.

i've done it already , the tickrate changes, but the configs don't, like timelimit, etc....

You don't use server.cfg for that...

You stated that you tried using it, but the fact is, you should ONLY use that (for time limit, round time, and other variables of that nature (i.e. mp_* and some sv_*'s), not any of the others. If you are using a different gamemode like competitive, you need to make a gamemode_competitive_server.cfg. Should the gamemode be correct and the name of the file be absolutely correct, it would then be a plugin that is interfering.
