I'm currently experiencing issues on my box related to all my srcds servers. Whenever a player moves forward he will be moved back and requires multiple tries to finally get to your wished position. There are no CPU spikes and CPU usage is always under 4%.
The problem is I need the server to send the information out but the server doesn't send it out. It will only send the information out at (.25 k/s -.50 k/s) and I need to send the information out at (4.00 k/s - 5.00 k/s). When I'm downloading something on my box the server will send out information at (4.00 k/s - 5.00 k/s) but once this download stops it returns to (.25 k/s -.50 k/s).
