when i see data in mysql, something's wrong. every chinese words are unreadable. how to fix that?

I am unsure if RankMe is still supported but I've installed the "web interface" on my website but there is no "install" step. Database config is set up correctly too yet I get these:

There is no config set for "localhost" or anything like that. My SQL host is set to my domain too as SQL calls to that works too.
