I never had any problems using sounds of any UT version.

Not long time ago Unreal Tournament 3 developers have released its 2.0 patch along with a huge update called "Titan Pack". Untill that I had found 40 announcer reward sounds in an MP3 format. Note:

These sounds are originally from game UT3. Converted by me (hleV);
This .wav format is fully compatible in HL Engine-based games.
You can use them whereever you want. Some credits would be appreciated though.

Dude... Think before you write. This is not a plugin submission he only wants to share these sounds.

hleV, tell me please, what settings you chose when you converted this sounds, I used:

Sampling Rate: Same as Input
Bits per Sample: Same as Input
Channels: Mono

But sound quality after convertion is very bad =(
I tryed many setting but it makes same quality.
Please, I really need your help!
