Is there a way to encrypt resources sent to client?

and sv_filetransfercompression "1" does not seem to work with sv_downloadurl-.-

can i edit engine files to make it work?

I don't know what you wan't to do exactly, but you can try: SVC_RESOURCEREQUEST.

What resources do you want encrypted and why? I doubt that the client game would even be able to decrypt them.

you didnt even have the interest in having those three models fixed, so you can follow my pattern and fix the others, basically you just want people to do all your work for free, you dont even want to move your pinky finger...

Yes, it is possible, i just found a way to encrypt them in such way to work only on one game server..
