Commands:
!xmas_party - admin cmd: turn the music louder, and congratulate all even yourself
!xmas - player cmd: send msg to other player with the wishes!

"xmas_snow", "1", "Enable, Disable snowfall"

p.s all Xmas msg are in phrases.txt

Example:
use the hidden "/" tag not "!"
