I want someone to manufacture this plugin

For example, when the admin just types say /givemoney, it shows a list of available players, one player is selected, and after I select it, it asks me to type the amount of money I want to send to the selected player.

*I want an unspecified amount

I tried it this does not work it requires amxmodx 1.8.3 or higher and I have amxmodx 1.8.2 and most plugins work on amxmodx 1.8.2
