I can't reproduce your problems, I have Windows Server 2003 and a CZ Server running.

Does the cstats.dat file even get created in the data folder, you might not have proper permissions or something.

This is clearly an unknown issue with your server. If you would like I can attach a non-JIT debug build for you and see if some OS-level security permissions are causing this.

Both dodx_amxx_i386.so and csx_amxx_i386.so cause very high cpu usage with lag spikes. When I first got the sever I'm on now I cut all the player slots up on both servers and with both severs using 90% CPU usage there was no lag.
With csx and dodx, one server is empty and 5 players on the other server and theres alot of lag and the CPU usage is anywhere from 50% to 100%, I can even shut one down, and the one up still lags with 5 or 6 people.

Due to this I had to go back to statsme and the only working forgivetk I have found I cant use.

Without csx and dodx, the servers run great

AMX Mod X v1.00
HLGuard v1.60.08
STATSME v2.8.3 <--only without csx and dodx
phpua v1.1.0b

I only use the fun module and the default plugins minus a few I did'nt need.

Linux, Fedora Core 2
Kernel 2.6.8

Locking, this thread has been derailed from a bug report.

I will look into the instability as soon as I can.
