Hello i need your help for setting up a 34-38 slot cs:go server that can run @ 120tick with no problems.
Bandwitch is not a problem 1Gb/s.

I want to know what cpu/ram/hdd should i use.

What's better HDD 10.000 rpm or SSD?

You should choose a debian kernel with 1000Hz. That's the point. If you need a quotation for dedicated servers, write a pm to me.

You will need very very powerfull processor. hdd or ram doesn't play so much role on server slot/tickrate.

Here are the specs of my full dedicated box. I have literally assigned multiple cores (4) to trying to run a 28+ slot CS:GO server on 128 tick, and it will only last so long at (server) capacity before the gameplay lag/tick drops start. 128 tick with a high number of slots is horrible on CS:GO. I also use powershell scripts (and firedaemon) instead of batch files to run my servers so they run as services, and still have that problem.

You would need something very very powerful, especially running 38 slots at 128 tickrate. Would you be able to afford it, that should be the first question.
