That's not my real issue here it's not svc_bad it's server crashing due precaching player models using generic.

If you have any idea about the issue it would be helpful since I'm trying to decrease the models precached by precaching the sprites by using generic instead.

I don't see how precache_generic is related to crashes. I already told you that if a missing precache is the problem, the entire server will crash immediately.

Setting an invalid model index does no harm - the worst it can do is make the player see a default CS model.

Again - using a different method for setting models will solve this issue. You're not listening.

clearly you hadn't been understanding..

my real issue was precaching players model using generic, turned out precaching players models using precache_generic crashes the server.
