KZHack Detector

Since i saw wrong methods to detect that cheat, i decided to post mine (method has already been use by other persons and me but no plugin has been released yet).
This plugin is a part of my bhop detector plugin so persons who use it don't need to install that one, any questions about that one gonna be ignored.
Last KzHack version (v4) is not detected because it seems that cvar names can be customizable.
This plugin supports amxbans and has auto detection for it (new version as well).

Both are the same, except one doen't have aubhop detection feature.

it's not new version, contact in steam for further

ontopic: mostly kzh is used on pubs to do strafes, so i think its better to detect same angle change with no IN_RIGHT/LEFT button, because it takes ~1 minute to change "kzh_" to whatever
