like the self revive plugin, if you're incapped and happen to only have a defib, you can use it to pick yourself up as you would with pills/kit/shot.

i put this request in the original plugin as well, but it seems as though the author has abandoned it, so i thought i'd put it here.

you could just edit the original plugin and change it from pills to defib.
