Looking for a plugin...(L4D2)

I've seen it on the Zombie Islands server. It's a Survivor Rewards plugin that pops up menus for players to pick a reward from upon killing x number of infected.

I've been searching on here for hours and can't seem to find anything like it. I don't want to use the !buy stuff at all. I really liked that this one was automated so it's easy to use.

Any ideas?

It's private and was coded exclusively for the Zombie Islands server
