That's because INS decided to change how the say commands work. At this time I don't feel like altering every single plugin to work for "Every HL2 Mod But INS" + "INS".

I'll get to it when I'm bored.

It is part of the new basetriggers plugin. DELETE TIMELEFT.SMX
