Low FPS = Kick

Hello everybody!

I want to make a plugin which checks the FPS of the players when they connect to the server. Then it will kick those who have lower FPS than the number i have specified and give them a message. I know the besics of making a SourceMod plugin but my question is, is there any way the plugin checks the average FPS of the players? And in order i clarify it, i don't mean the value of the fps_max cvar.

As far as I know you cannot retrieve a players current FPS through sourcemod atm.

You might wanna check this. Not sure if it will be a stable solution tho.

That what I was thinking since sometime you see people lagging when they have 20 ping but because of their fps which I hope volvo will fix because it annoying when you awp and the enemy cross over without being able to see it because of the flickering
