I have problems with some Plugins called: Simple Welcome Message

Problem: If i install this Plugin i get a Message in my Errorlog=
[SM] Unable to load plugin "simplewelcomemsg.smx": Native "BfWriteByte" was not found.
Same problem with hlstatsx:
[SM] Unable to load plugin "hlstatsx.smx": Native "BfWriteByte" was not found

I hope someone can help me... i watched some thread like this one

CS:GO uses Protobuf, not BitBuffers.

I'm not really good at coding plugins for games other than L4D(2). I don't play CS:GO much now unlike before.
