What is #include <xs>? Is there a need to enable it for a plugin or something?

Its just a library of amx scripting (xs.inc..) with some functions on it. (if you wanna know what is it go to "addons/amxmodx/scripting/xs.inc".

And it shouldn't be posted here

It's a maths-related library. Also, this is not for scripting, what the hell are you doing here?
