You know, that does make sense. They should check the medical logs or wherever they store the logs for people who get plastic surgery and see if that's the case.

You can't "medically attach a penis" in the way you're thinking. You can create and attach a false one, but it doesn't function like the real thing.

Hermaphrodites can't have kids stupok. Even if they have a very advance form of it where they have 2 visible organs, the female one, from my knowledge (or lack thereof), isn't functional. Only the male organ is, aka: here comes daddy.

I haven't read anything about the guy in this article except for the article in the first post, but it doesn't actually say much about him.

I don't have any reason to believe he is a hermaphrodite (has both sex organs). He may be anatomically a woman and mentally (and through hormone treatment) a man.

Even so, I don't see why hermaphrodites (people with both sex organs) can not have children if the female sex organs are fully functional. I'm not too knowledgeable on the topic, so I can't say whether or not the female sex organs are typically fully developed and functional. I imagine it varies from person to person.

One thing you should understand is that having a uterus implies having a "hole" (vagina).
