Adrenaline makes you react faster to knockdowns and staggers, meaning can recover faster from such events.

Why the fuck does Tank rock keep doing this.

There's a special technique that removes all animations, even works with VScript:

player.SetModel(player.GetModelName())

But the only exception is the Tank's Dwayne.
