[Request] Round not to end until 1 remains

Hi, can anyone make a plugin to do the following

The round should not end until there is one person left

For a jailbreak server

The round won't end unless you play on maps with a bombsite or other scenario which I don't see why would you on a JailBreak server.

Because the time of the round does not want to increase from server.cfg

Because you have a different value set in another .cfg file or some plugin.
And that still doesn't change the fact that the round will not end on JailBreak maps.

PS: your mod forces the cvar to 2 on round start.
