Run the plugin and if it doesn't then check addons/cstrike/amxmodx/logs/error.log files

when i remove "owner_ct" "2" , and edit your's it's work now Ex:
"model" "1" "f" // will be for T team and access F
"owner_ct" "2" "f" // will be for CT team and access F
"model3" "0" "f" // will be for Any team and access F
"model4" "1" // will be for T team and for anyone
"model5" "2" // will be for CT team and for anyone
"model6" // will be for everyone

i edit the blue color and i put my mdl there just and when i join it's work but when i add more not working so yeh

The plugin is working perfect i tested it much times
1.Have you updated the plugin after i added debugging logs ?
2.Remove all these notes or disable put ; before line

yeh i update it to new code you sent it and i will disable it ; and i will try it sec.
