I'm not really sure why it isn't working, but i've set my voting ratios to this.

// Some ratios for voting success
amx_votekick_ratio 0.40
amx_voteban_ratio 0.50
amx_votemap_ratio 0.40
amx_vote_ratio 0.50

But when players vote for a kick or ban, whoever votes No, they're not registered. So whenever a vote is done somethign along the lines of "Voting Succesful, ( got 7 ) ( needed 0 )" comes out. Anyone know what's going on?
