Cant Join Community Competitive Server with Panorama

Hello i have 2 servers one with casual/Retakes and one is Pug/Competitive mod users with panorama cant join my competitive/Pug server. when they try to join their csgo will crash (only with panorama) on the end of loading is it only me? is there any solution for this?
