Is this a stand-alone version or do I still need to set up a regular FF2 server for this to work?

This is stand-alone, you don't need to install regular FF2 for it to work.

Hey I was wondering where and how I'd change damage for things such as the Caber, Backstabs and Market Gardens (Trying to nerf spy's damage from about 9% to about 3% if % is how it works)

There's no setting for changing this, a work around is modifying weapons config and changing the damage multiplier with attribute 138.

When i'm running a server on WindowsGSM the plugins don't load which makes the boss not to be able to super jump or rage

This is likely because of SourceMod 1.11, use SourceMod 1.10 for now or use the unreleased code that's on the repo.

whenever the game starts (someone gets on the freak team) my entire server crashes. any possible solution? (im using sourcemod 1.10 but using metamod 1.11, is that causing it?)

If you have a crash log, send it here (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=277703) and if any custom bosses were installed that may have issues.

 - Freak Fortress 2 Version
pretty bare bones install for a setup/testing server. Add in bots and all are placed on Red team (including me), then the popup box for 'TF2 Arena waiting for 1 more player before the round starts' shows.
When running ff2_makeboss places me on red team and all bots on blue team (the config has the boss be placed on blue team...) rage and superjump don't work.
Upon round end I remain the boss and the error code happens again.
