Instaling amx mod x and metamod for cz on steam

Hi, i'm new and dont know much of anything about this , could somebody tell me exactly what i have to do to run amx mod x on a dedicated server for condition zero

btw does all the plugins work for cs:cz?
it freezes rite when i start up game (when loading)

do u need AmxMod X 0.16?

EDIT: if i don't load amxx mod on metamod it will work but when i load it with amxxmod it doesn't :/. PLZ HELP MEH!!!
