I'm looking for something that is exactly like the mani-admin-plugin's feature: commandlist.txt.

Basically all I want is to allow some admins with a certain flag to be able to run in game say commands such as @rr and it would trigger mp_restartgame 1 Another example would be to allow this plugin to execute cfg files in /cfg folder such as @lo3 which would trigger lo3.cfg. The plugin has to be 100% customizable where a .txt file would be specified with all the triggers would be placed.

Why, no it wouldn't.

It would however let you add a Live on Three option to the admin menu.

A very ugly plugin could be written to achieve this... but you be better of having a read of this bug report: http://bugs.alliedmods.net/index.php...1059&project=5

like pRED* said, it won't let you use your custom triggers, but it will allow you to use the commands/exec through the menu, with custom admin levels for each command...
