Hello my friends

I need help with server cs go..
I just start up cs go server and I dont know nothing.

Please I need help with this...

1). How to put Administrators RANKS on my server ?

PHP Code:

I want to put admins some players and myself as Head Admin, how do I do that through any plugin or settings ?

I try to do this with mani admin plugin.
When I connect at server I tipe rcon_password "mypass" ,then print rcon plugin_print after that command I get errors !
Ejects my errors as the server can not connect to the IP address of the server ! 


What is cant be problem for that, where I wrong ?


2). How make my server as DEATHMATCH ?

I want to make server as deathmatch,and I trying this :
Start Command :   -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 1 +game_mode 2 +mapgroup mg_allclassic +map de_dust2

when I tipe this command the problem is next We cant connect on server any more .

My start command now like this : 
./srcds_run -game csgo -console -usercon +game_type 1 +game_mode 2 +mapgroup mg_allclassic +map de_dust2 


What is cant be problem for that, where I wrong ?


3). How to put server Vote for next maps players choosing ?

PHP Code:

I want to put in the server VOTE for the Next map when last round finish . 
I need the server Eject vote for next maps, and players vote which map to play the list of the available maps, 
and then change maps that has the most votes.

Use Rankme Plugin
Disable default csgo voting and enable sourcemod mapchoser plugin.
Use CSGO Deathmatch plugin.

How to turn off default CSGO voting ?

mp_endmatch_votenextmap or sv_allow_votes depending on the vote you speak of

copy to main directory cfg

on this file add commands

sv_allow_votes "0"
mp_endmatch_votenextmap "0"

reload map that all

I have another question related to insert a plugin on the server.

When I throw plugin on the server, if necessary enter the name of that plugin and where if needed?
Please little to clarify the basic things, because really little I understand about csgo server.

plugins go in your .../sourcemod/plugins folder. To load a plugin, just restart the server or at the server command line type: sm plugins load <plugin name>

Have you tried just using admin groups? https://wiki.alliedmods.net/Adding_Groups_(SourceMod)
