You have reinstalled, reformatted and retested all of that (especially reinstalling the OS?) just because ONE community server was giving your PC bad framerates? Serious question: Are you a troll? I can't think of any sane person who would reinstall their operating system "multiple times" due to a SINGLE CSGO server..............

I just joined the server and everything is fine for me (probably no one else is here).
Does that only happen when the server is full?

3. Reduce processor and memory clock, if overclocked.

Are you on Windows?

And yes, if you are, try to change the Power Plan from Balanced to High Performance though.
