looking for a plugin for TFC , that can add rain to a map and then convert it to snow?

similar to whatever Drippy's 2fort is running on their server

Explain properly what you need. 99% of the people here have never heard of such a server, including me, so we have no clue what you're talking about. The least you can do is provide a screenshot.
