I would have interpreted it as "if a person gets has 5 warnings within the last 30 days then do whatever" (this would be a "rolling month").

Ok, I understand now, basically each warn needs a timestamp and logic to prune the warns if they are older than 30 days.

OP please chime in to let me know your exact requirements.

As far as I understand, you would like an admin to be able to have up to X warnings in a month, if they exceed X within 1 month then they lose admin power. A warning can be deleted when it reaches 30 day old.

Something like say fysiks.In that time 30 days(1 month) if my admins have 5 warns(cvar for that) to receive auto remove.
In 1 month admins must have some hours (cvar for that) - 40, 50 hours in month or 1 week 7 hours, but if in 1 day admin do not enter to server he can cumulate in another day that hours to have 7 hours in 1 week or 1 month ( how you can do it) - with check admins month or week. ( or how is better to check it ).

Ok, so an admin technically doesn't have to play every day, as long as he accumulates enough hours to satisfy your weekly or monthly play hours requirement. But I'm not sure about when you want to issue a warning since you are now saying it's ok for an admin to not play for a full day as long as he makes up the hours another day. Can you please give me an easy to understand time line for how you want this to work?

Something like this:

day 1 - plays 30 mins
day 2 - plays 1.5 hours
day 3 - does not play - gets warn
..
day 30 (1 month mark) - plays 30 minutes. total hours = 59, requirement is 60, ban!

Something like that is better I know:

To give 1 warn to week.After 7 days(week) x 4 warns = remove ( Or some like to admin receive remove in 1 month - 30/31 days ).
If in 1 week he not accumulates x cvar hours, to receive 1 warn.
Is better so?

Define your required daily hours. Determine when you want to tally up time (daily or weekly) and issue a warn if needed at the end of that period. If warns ever total X within an X day window, he gets banned. Warns can 'roll off' when they are 30 days old. This will allow your admins to make up time if they miss a day or two.

Example: Suppose daily requirement is 1 hour and you tally up once a week (1st,8th,15th,22nd, whatever). An admin plays 6 hours in the week and on day 7 he gets warn for not playing a total of 7 hours (1 week = 7 days x 1 hour = 7 hours). If within a 30 day window, the player has X warns on record, he gets a ban.

Does this work?

You say after 30 days plugin can`t remove that warns have, to another month have 0 warns?

Yes the plugin can prune warns every day that are 30+ days old. This way the plugin will use a rolling 30 day window when checking warns.
