So we are looking for someone to develop the initial version of this plugin, with the following features:

• Autorecord Demos with a unique name
• Match Medic - basic tracking of money so restarting a match can be accelerated.
• Ready up system
• Easy way of players to pause a match
• Map change option (pool is from the default maplist.txt, both teams must agree for the mapchange aka really simple veto system)
• Lightweight

This plugin does most of what you want except for the Match Medic. An additional plugin to keep track of the money situation would be all you need.
