I have 2 my own ideas for heroes.
1. Tryndamere (no need for bind) Can go lower than 1 hp for 5-10 seconds!! NICE
2. Teemo (no need to bind) Deal extra 2 damage depending on level at level 35 70 extra damage + weapons damage

1. is already made. its called painkiller. search it.
2. hero based levels like dracula are a bad idea to begin with because of how overpowered high level players get, so this one is a bad idea as well. But if you want the reverse try domino.
