Don't think anyone is going to read the whole code and figure out what changes you have done. It is recommended to provide changelog in human readable form. In this case, older version still runs with no errors or bugs, which makes it harder for people to notice your work.

A few weeks ago, my coop server couldn't contain more than 4 survivors even though I've put everything about L4DToolZ correctly.
Fifth player who joined my server would be kicked and saw this error message:

Yesterday I found what was wrong... Do not replace sv_force_unreserved 1 with sv_allow_lobby_connect_only 0 like me, period!

In directroy bin i have this file, only without *_srv

Direct it to the correct path.

On another note, is someone able to update the signatures for linux l4d1? I'm pretty sure Windows is fine, but many of us would greatly appreciate an update for the new version 1030.

(I'd do it myself, but compiling a C++ extension is far too foreign to me; however, if someone is able to direct me accordingly to get a workflow setup for it so that I may better understand it, I'd be more than happy to try to update it myself.)

Sometimes i have problem with Reservation (when client Create Lobbby and connect on my server)
Output Console:

status
...
players : 2 humans, 0 bots (10 max) (not hibernating) (unreserved)
...
z_difficulty Impossible
Unable to change difficulty to 'Impossible', it is locked due to lobby reservation.
