watch the game in a window with rcon access

Ok i was wondering if there was a program so i could see inside the game if i have rcon access...i want like a seperate window thing that doesnt take up a slot on the server, but allows me to view the game and have a console in it to ban people...

HLTV takes up a server slot.

id say there is no such program

hltv takes one slot and allows up to 255 player to view the game

You don't actually watch the game since all information in hlsw is text based.

You can see how many players are in the server, pings, frags, kdr, etc. etc.

You can execute rcon commands.

But you dont see whats happening in game.

I'm pretty sure that a amxmodx mod is'nt capable of doing this.

the closest thing that comes to mind is jabatv.
